Every baby born is a blessing, and every baby deserves nurturing, protection, and the best of care. The Neonatal Mortality Rate (NMR) is often used as an indicator of the socioeconomic situation and health status of a country. However, a further reduction of neonatal mortality in Jordan still remains a challenge.
